Cost Breakdown
Program Cost: $1,200
Our Phlebotomy Technician Program is $1,200, which includes a $150 seat deposit, $800 tuition, and $250 for NHA exam preparation and required supplies.
The NHA certification exam fee is an additional $134 and is required for all students.
CPR/BLS certification is optional and may be added for an additional $75 at enrollment or at any time during the program.
Required total with NHA exam: $1,334
Total with NHA exam + optional CPR/BLS: $1,409

Optional CPR/BLS: Add for $75 at any time.
Refund Policy
Before Class Begins:
Students who officially withdraw before the first scheduled day of class are eligible for a 100% refund of tuition paid, including the seat deposit.
After Class Begins:
Students who officially withdraw before completing 25% of the program may receive a 75% refund of the eligible tuition balance. The $150 seat deposit is non-refundable once class begins.
After 25% Completion:
No tuition refunds will be issued.
All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days.
